Sri Lanka’s wildlife diversity is unique and unexpected for an island of this size it ranges from Asian wild elephants and leopards to sea blue whales to an amazing variety of birds. Sri Lanka’s Yala National Park is known to have the highest density of leopards in the world.  Minneriya National Park knows to have the largest gathering of Asian Elephants in the world. we have many National parks and bird sanctuaries, particularly in the southern and central zones, which have the best opportunities to see animals in their natural habitat.

Route: Airport > Negombo > Dambulla & Sigiriya > Kandy > Ella > Yala > Galle > Airport

Day 1 

Route: Airport > Negombo 

Drive: 1/2 hour 

Over Night in Negombo xy Hotel 

Our representative or our tour guide will be there to greet you with a big Sri Lankan smile. Our guide will take you to your hotel for relaxing and recovering from any jetlag you have. After the first rest and you have some spare time, our guide will show you around the city of Negombo.

Opation 2 : Airport > Kandy

Drive: 3hr

Over Night in Kandy xy Hotel.

Kandy is bit of a drive away from Negombo but it will save you bit of time on your jourany and kandy mountains  are amazing way start your jourany.

Day 2

 

Route:Negombo > Habarana
Drive: 3hr hour
Over Night in Habarana xy Hotel
Habarana and Minneriya area is home to 3 national parks most forums have been Minneriya, Elephants in the area tend to route around these Parkes using the wildlife corridors we will work with you and with our local naturalist to recommend the best and most sustainable location Afternoon safari
Option 2:  Kandy to Habarana (Morning or Afternoon safari )

Day 3

Day 4

Route: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

Drive : 2.30hr 

Hotel: Nuwara Eliya

 On the way to Nuwara Eliya, we pass many beautiful tea estates and waterfalls we will visit and stop by. When we reach the cold Nuwara Eliya a visit to Gregory Lake is highly recommended.

Route: Nuwara Eliya to Horton plains national park to Yala

Drive: 6hr 

Hotel: Yala

Another UNESCO world natural heritage paradise for bird and butterfly lovers Horton is one of the unique ecosystems in Sri Lank home to many wild animals such as Sri Lanka Sambar deer and leopards we will be also hiking up to the waterfall and the famous world end.

Day 5

Route: Yala 

Drive: Full Day safari & Yala 

Yala is home to the elusive leopard, the sloth bear, the Asian elephant, big water buffalo, crocodile, many varieties of bird life and other amazing animals. We recommend a full-day safari as it gives us the most opportunity to see the leopards the highlight of Yala. 

Option: Morning visit to Bundala National Park and afternoon Yala safari. 

Day 6

Route: Yala> Udawalawe > Galle 

Drive 5hr 

We visit Udawalawe elephant transit home, which is worldwide unique, for the morning feeding to see how the rescued wild elephant babies are getting taken care of. After that, we enjoy a  traditional home mad lunch at the village house and go to Udawalawa national park for an afternoon safari and then head back to Galle. 

Day 7

Route Galle > Kosgoda > Galle

Drive:2hr

We visited the Kosgoda sea turtle conservation project to see how these amazing animals are getting rescued and conserved by locals and to learn about sea turtles on the way back, you go on a boat trip to the madu ganga mangrove forest. 

Day 8

Route: Galle > Airport 

Drive: 2.1/2hr

As all good things must come to an end, we bid you farewell as our Chauffeur Guide transfers you to the Airport to meet your departure flight home.
